Welcome to the Central Virginia Mopar Club

Welcome to the website of the Central Virginia Mopar Club. The club promotes the preservation and restoration of all Mopars. The club can provide technical assistance to members and friends as well as restoration resources.

Purpose: The purpose of The Central Virginia Mopar Club (CVMC) is to promote the hobby by: building, driving, showing, swapping and selling Chrysler vehicles and products. The CVMC is a family oriented organization which encourages participation by family members.

History: The Central Virginia Mopar Club was established in 1989 as The Pentastars Mopars in Action Auto Club. The Central Virginia Mopar Club name was adopted in 2009 and has been recognized and approved as a non-profit organization by The Chrysler Corporation LLC.

Member Qualification: A CVMC member must own a vehicle which is Chrysler bodied and/or powered.

Club Activities: The CVMC holds meetings throughout the year to:
Address club business, share information about the hobby and related legislative actions, identify parts and service sources, identify car shows and cruise-ins throughout the central Virginia area. The club serves as host at local Chrysler dealer sponsored shows and cruise-ins. In December the CVMC combines its end of the year club meeting with a Christmas celebration.

CVMC Hosted Car Shows: Club shows are held at local Chrysler dealerships. Cars registered for these shows must be Chrysler bodied and/or powered. The number of classes for judging in the shows varies based upon the number and variety of cars registered. The "Best of Show" vehicle is determined by the total number popular votes made by registered car show participants.
